I know that you think I’m going to just keep on ticking away in here, quietly doing my work, while you live your best life. But there are things that you are doing that are going to make me
make you stand up and take notice. And you a’int gonna like it. What you are doing can damage me, but I keep quiet about it, until I don’t. Damage like clogged arteries, silent heart attacks, heart failure and abnormal heart rhythms are an oncoming, runaway train. Are you going to just wait for it to hit?
So how about you start now:
- Stop eating too many high fat and high salt foods
- Start walking 30-40 minutes, 3-5 days per week
- See a doctor to get your cholesterol and blood pressure
checked.
I know it is easy to forget me…..but don’t. You take care of me and I’ll take care of you.
