Get a blood pressure machine with an arm cuff and start checking your blood
pressure at home.
• Stop eating processed foods and salty snacks.
• Start eating fresh food prepared at home more, like vegetables and fruit, and
lean meats, like baked chicken, turkey and fish.
• If your blood pressure is too high, DO something about it instead of ignoring it
because you don’t feel bad.
